Sébastien PRADIER (ESEO 2022), co-founded Peckish in 2023. The AI-powered restaurant inventory startup has raised €800K in pre-seed funding led by Arches Capital. Peckish aims to reduce food waste and increase restaurant profitability through video-based stocktakes and automated processes. The funding will support product development and international expansion, focusing on the UK, Netherlands, and US.
Eric BEZILLE (ESEO 1993) has been named one of the Top 50 Dell Technologies EMEA Discussion Leaders for the fourth year in a row.
Laurent LIOU (ESEO 2000), Product Marketing Manager at Moxa, is featured in an interview on how smart grids and grid-forming inverters are transforming energy infrastructure—advancing real-time control, reliability, and support for renewable energy and battery storage.
