Through media appearances, international forums, and strategic leadership roles, these alumni are helping drive reflection and innovation on topics that increasingly impact our societies and industries.
Julien KOPP (ESEO 2005), AI & Automation Lead at Deloitte, recently appeared in a new Deloitte video exploring the real impact of AI on jobs and businesses. In the discussion, he addressed key questions around how AI is transforming professions, the new skills employees need to develop, and how organizations can integrate AI into everyday operations to improve efficiency and create value.
Through this educational and practical approach, Julien continues to help demystify AI adoption and support companies navigating the rapid evolution of digital transformation.
Jean-Pascal TRICOIRE (ESEO 1985), Chairman of Schneider Electric, recently spoke at the Africa CEO Forum Annual Summit in Kigali about the key forces shaping Africa’s future: energy, digitalization, AI, industrial localization, and education.
Highlighting energy as the foundation of economic and technological growth, Jean-Pascal emphasized the importance of building strong local ecosystems and partnerships with African SMEs. Under his leadership, Schneider Electric now conducts around 70% of its business on the continent through local partners, combining global technologies with local innovation to drive sustainable growth and industrial development across Africa.
Nicolas LEFEBVRE (ESEO 2010), Chairman & CEO of AdEchoTech, recently appeared on the media platform mieux alongside former French Health Minister Olivier Véran to discuss the company’s remote ultrasound solution, MELODY.
During the program, Nicolas highlighted how medical robotics and telemedicine can help improve access to healthcare, particularly in underserved areas facing shortages of specialists. This media appearance further reinforces AdEchoTech’s mission to combine innovation and healthcare impact through French MedTech expertise.
Dr. Chaouki KASMI (ESEO 2009), Chief Innovation Officer and President of Technology & Innovation at EDGE, will take part in the upcoming MISSION 2044 ReArm Europe event in Germany.
As part of a high-level panel on the future of defense innovation, Chaouki will discuss how major defense companies are adapting to rapid technological change—from AI and autonomous systems to electronic warfare and next-generation defense technologies. Alongside international industry leaders, he will explore how established players and startups can collaborate to accelerate innovation while strengthening industrial resilience and strategic capabilities in Europe.
