This month, we shine the spotlight on familiar faces: ESEO alumni who are no strangers to making headlines. Whether in tech, AI, energy, or leadership, these graduates consistently lead with impact, creativity, and ambition. Their latest accomplishments show how an ESEO education can be a foundation for ongoing reinvention and influence across industries.
Jean-Luc TRIOULEYRE (ESEO 1993), founder of IC’Alps, was recently featured in Electroniques magazine. The article highlights IC’Alps' integration into SEALSQ, while confirming that the company remains an independent entity within the group.
The feature emphasizes IC’Alps’ continued focus on custom ASIC innovation, excellence in chip design, and the strong collaboration between IC’Alps and SEALSQ teams—reinforcing its position at the forefront of advanced semiconductor technologies.
Arnaud LANGER (ESEO 2011), Field CTO at Centific was recently appointed President of the Board of the Alliance Française of Greater Orlando, where he supports the promotion of French language and culture in the U.S. alongside a passionate team.

As part of this role, he also delivered a talk during the Alliance’s Cultural Talks series, where he helped demystify AI concepts for a broader audience. Covering everything from deepfakes to generative AI, LLMs, and philosophical reflections on machine intelligence, he engaged the public in making sense of AI’s growing role in everyday life.
Alongside his position as Field CTO at Centific, this outreach highlights Arnaud’s unique ability to bridge technical expertise and community impact—yet another example of how ESEO alumni are making a difference far beyond traditional engineering roles.
Maxence CHOTARD (ESEO 2015), CEO of EISOX, proudly announced that his team received the Smart Building Trophy at the IBS (Intelligent Building Systems) 2025 trade show, awarded by the OICR.
This recognition highlights their innovative work in building automation and energy efficiency, and celebrates a long-standing, successful collaboration between EISOX and key industry partners.
Jean-Pascal TRICOIRE (ESEO 1985), Chairman and former CEO of Schneider Electric, was recently featured on the Positive Leadership Podcast, hosted by Jean-Philippe Courtois. In this episode, he reflects on his journey from a small town in western France to leading one of the world’s most impactful industrial companies.
The conversation explores key themes such as sustainability-driven leadership, resilience, and inclusive growth—underscoring how performance and purpose can go hand in hand.
Earlier this month, Jean-Pascal also spoke in New York alongside Adair Turner (Energy Transitions Commission) on the convergence of digitalization and electrification, and how these forces are shaping a more efficient and resilient future.
ESEO is incredibly proud of these alumni and their great accomplishments.
Their names may be familiar, but their journeys are anything but ordinary. These alumni continue to evolve, lead, and inspire—not by following a linear path, but by embracing change, complexity, and opportunity.
Once again, they remind us that with an ESEO foundation, you’re not limited to a single career path—you’re equipped to create your own. Whether pushing boundaries in tech, driving sustainable innovation, or fostering cross-cultural dialogue, they show us what it means to grow with purpose.
